About the Authors

Mariclair Partee Carlsen is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with her husband and two young daughters. She is the rector of St. Mary’s Church, Hamilton Village, and the Episcopal chaplain to the University of Pennsylvania.

Minda Cox is an artist, author, advocate, and beloved auntie. She and her family make their home in Bolivar, Missouri, where they worship at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church.

Greg Rickel is the bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Olympia. Greg enjoys being on the water and spending time with his family.
